Judith Stamper - is a teaching professional with experience at a senior level in secondary education in this country and abroad. Her particular interest has been the field of Health Education and she wrote the Drink Drive Rehabilitation course approved by the DfT. Judith holds the Institute of Advanced Motorists qualification. She has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and is a Non-Executive Director of Bromley Hospitals NHS Trust.

Dr Kelland Webb - is a professional trainer currently managing training within the law enforcement community. He taught ‘A’ level sciences to secondary school students and has also worked as a research biochemist within the North Sea Oil Fields. He has a Masters Degree in Toxicology. Kell holds an Advanced Police Drivers qualification and an LGV licence. In June 2003, after a five year research project he was awarded a Doctorate in Law Enforcement Management.
